Privacy Statement

As of January 1, 2004 the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act became applicable to a broad range of organizations across Canada, including I-NetLink. This act governs the manner in which personal information is collected used and disclosed in the course of commercial activity. It also requires the consent of individuals for these purposes.

In the course of your dealings with I-NetLink we may collect such information such as your mailing address, name, and phone numbers. This information will only be used within our company by employees on a “need to know” basis.

I-NetLink does not sell, trade, or exchange any personal information it collects to any third parties such as marketing agencies, credit card companies or any other organizations that may solicit you for purposes other than for I-NetLink. However, I-NetLink may disclose your personal information to any third party which enters into an agreement to purchase the business of I-NetLink.
